He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maine, USA, and a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP). He works as a corporate tax lawyer in Dubai and is pursuing a master’s degree in International Financial & Commercial Law (LLM) at King’s College London’s Dickson Poon School of Law, where he also serves as a teaching assistant for international business law.

He has held senior management positions in a variety of industries, including banks and mortgage providers. He oversaw projects ranging from creating the region’s first mortgage back ed securities to developing a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio.

At the age of twenty-one, Feras Kalthoum had already amassed extensive knowledge of financial services, private equity, and investments. As a financial consultant, he specializes in strategy development and execution, organizational restructuring, turnarounds, and cost optimization and transformation.
